I use a local...but I'm positive about this. If you bet money line, you need to win, a tie is a loss. But when you bet -1 or -2...then if you win by those margins they are pushes.

I think it depends on your book & if they do European or Asian style handicapping. I'm pretty sure one of my books uses European handicapping so u can bet on a handicap draw, I think if it ends up a draw after minusing the handicap I think it's a loss?

I'm not 100% sure though....
